Okay so this months topic at absolute write is a choice between writing hint fiction or a mini saga. Hint fiction is a story of 25-words or less and a mini saga is a piece of fiction that is 50-words or less. I’m a sucker for punishment so I decided on less. I have scribbled out less than 25-words. Following me will be Dolores (link here). A list of all the participants concludes this post. Please read all of the blogs. So here goes ……..

That’s a clever way of going about it…sort of like Hemmingway’s baby shoes. Yours is ripe with possibilities from beginning to end. Nice!
Thanks Claire, your compliment means a lot . It could spin of anywhere lol.
Cleverly suggestive.
Hint hint ;o)
The idea of a Classified Ad/Obit in one cracks me up.
Thanks Hillary
I especially liked the pun: an unforgettable offer for amnesia!
Hee hee yep it made me laugh too
Great idea!
Very interesting story, regypsy.
Interesting approach.
One combined in many.
We’ve had some great posts this month haven’t we?
Hmmm. Clever but I really have to think about it. Maybe that’s the cleverest bit! I like the ‘unforgettable’ and ‘amnesia’, too, although I have to confess the Affleunza has baffled me.
Is it the meaning of the word affleunza? I think the noun affleunza was first coined by Oliver James. It derives from a combination of the the words affleunt and influenza. The Cambridge dictionary defines affleunza as: the bad effects of living in a society where many people are too rich, such as always wanting new, expensive things or having to work too hard.
Oliver James wrote a book about it. Have a look at his website: http://www.selfishcapitalist.com/affluenza.html
